Down Payment Programs

The City of Los Angeles is accepting applications for its down payment assistance program for moderate income homebuyers–Moderate Income Purchase Assistance Program (MIPA). Up to $60K is available for households earning between 81-120% of Area Median Income and $35k for households earning between 121-150% of Area Median Income.
